This question is required.* The kickstart programme is £249 for 6 weeks, you will have up to 4 sessions a week, a designated coach, nutrition support + a weekly check in and a bi-weekly personal review. Everyone must complete the kickstart before becoming a monthly member. Memberships after start from £85
