In our new small boutique studio we have 1:1 sessions or small group training sessions with max. 8 ladies in a session.  Your female coach who guides you through varied, fun but effective workouts;  can give you lots of attention, ensure the right posture and challenge you to give your best.

Having tried every diet and every short cut on earth since my teenage years, I know how frustrating it can be to not achieve long lasting results, to not be able to stick to anything and to be too busy to take care of anyone else but you. You want to give up and accept your fate to be stuck in your body whilst your confidence plunges - not only in yourself but in all aspects of your life.

It took me years to finally find balance to be able to enjoy training again, gain strength, fitness and confidence and looking after my wellbeing whilst still be able to enjoy the food I love and be social with friends and families.

We know that for women like us, gyms can be an intimidating places and not knowing what to do keeps us stuck at home or doing exercise by ourselves and without a plan or accountability. We have created a safe, fun and supportive environment for you to learn how to train effectively and safely whilst supported by your female coaches who challenge you in the right way and hold you accountable.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?

Your investment in your new body starts at 70 a month, however it depends on your goals and the type of coaching. But we believe more in delivering exceptional value rather than promise quick fixes and cheap solutions. Book a call to discuss your goals now.  

How long is the minimum length of a membership contract?

We don't have contracts as such as our results speak for themselves and we are sure you would want to stay on. We also don't want to charge you for a membership you won't use. Having said that, we do encourage you to give yourself 3 month to adapt to your healthy habits and make the transformation last.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Everyone has to start somewhere and you don't have to be fit to join us. We have ladies of all abilities and fitness levels. Our small groups allow us to give you the attention you need to get fitter, stronger and more confident.

What equipment do I need to bring?

Some water and maybe a towel if you like. We ask everyone to change into their workout shoes in the gym to keep it as clean as possible for our workouts.

I have a special dietary requirement?

That is not a problem an we are able to personalize your nutritional targets to your needs requirements.

How long are training sessions?

Trainings sessions vary from 30 min to 60 min

What training sessions do you offer?

PEAK STRENGTH
A female focused resistance training that helps you to build lean muscle, get stronger and fitter. This is a low impact training using different weights.    

PEAK FIT CIRCUIT
This workout is a very effective but intensive way to simultaneously improve your mobility, strength and endurance through a variety of exercises that will      keep you guessing.

BOXING CARDIO & CORE
A short but intensive session focussed on your upper body and core.

UPLIFTING YOGA (Online only)
A 45 minute flowing yoga class giving you chance to calm your busy brain, stretch out those tight, tired muscles and will leave you feeling joyful and uplifted.

PILATES (Online and Face - to -Face)
This workout is focusing on strengthening your body with an emphasis on core strength, posture, balance and flexibility. This helps to improve general fitness     and overall well-being.
